1. Services GG’s Executive

Transportation provides pre-arranged limousine and private transportation
services. All rides must be booked in advance unless otherwise approved.
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, legality, or policy violations.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Prices may include hourly rates, flat fees, fuel surcharges, service fees, tolls, and gratuity
unless otherwise stated.
• A valid payment method is required to secure a booking.
• By booking, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the reservation.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if issued, are at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions
• Wear seatbelts
• Treat vehicles and drivers respectfully
Prohibited conduct includes:
• Illegal drugs
• Open alcohol where unlawful
• Smoking/vaping
• Excessive mess or damage
• Violence or harassment
• Weapons of any kind
A cleaning or damage fee may be charged if necessary.

5. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Accidents
• Road closures
• Mechanical issues
• Acts of God
Pick-up and arrival times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

7. Indemnification

from any claims arising out of misuse of services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
